If your dashboard is full of velocity charts, win rates, throughput metrics, and giant made-up “impact” numbers… congratulations, you probably have a scorecard. Whether you have a healthy experimentation program is a very different question. More tests do not automatically mean more learning, better decisions, happier customers, or a better product.
